Philadelphia Starlings is a youth Volleyball program located in Philadelphia. Their mission is to teach, coach and expand the interest in volleyball for Philadelphia girls and boys. Their guiding principle has been to provide opportunities for these players to participate regardless of their socioeconomic background. Club dues are a fraction of most junior club costs, and no player is turned away because of inability to pay. We are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that is part of a nationwide program serving some 3,000 players in 50-plus clubs across America, and a strategic partner with the School District of Philadelphia.
