Parking
There is street parking by the field. The spaces directly adjacent to the field are straight parking spots, and there is more street parking along the road/across the street.
We have a lot of teams coming to try and carpool if you can to save space.
Schedule
Check in will open at 8:30am, play starts at 9:00am.
We will be going around to check on pools around 3:30pm to make sure they are on track to finish around 4:30pm. If they are not on track, you may need to shotgun games, or if it gets really late, use rally scoring. Playoffs need to be done by sundown and we do not want to need to abbreviate playoff games.
If you’re in a 5 team pool, please “shotgun” at least one game. This means having 2 games from the same pool going at the same time on different courts. The 5th team that is not playing will split and ref both games. If we have multiple 5 team pools we will have a court specifically designated for this to help us keep on schedule. If there is not a designated court, you should do this as soon as another pool finishes.
Food and Drink
We will be grilling to raise money fro the Philly Beach Fund throughout both days. We'll have burgers and dogs for sale, as well as acai bowls, gatorade and energy drinks.
We will have free water available (bring you own water bottle)
